Concept

Roosevelta 22 is a unique address on the map of Poznań. It combines the spectacular Bałtyk Office building, the Bay of Art courtyard and the Concordia Design building.

Office space in Bałtyk is occupied mainly by businesses in the field of finances and new technologies. There is also a fitness club on two levels with a view of the city, coffee shops and restaurants, including a bar on the 15th floor with magnificent panoramic views over Poznań. Concordia Design, in contrast, houses office space for creative industries and consulting businesses. Both buildings are connected by a joint courtyard called the Bay of Art.

We want this space to be vibrant, to unite business and design through art and entertainment, to integrate the local community, the citizens of Poznań and tourists. We create democratic, accessible and unique urban spaces in order to attract those who are open to new ideas.

The Bałtyk complex is an example of conscious design and a harmonious combination of old and new architecture.

On one side of the courtyard there is the historic Concordia Design building from the 19th century and on the other there is the innovative, bold and distinguishable Bałtyk office building. It was designed by one of the leading design studios in the world, MVRDV from the Netherlands, who specialise in so called multifunctional buildings. More information about awards the Bałtyk building has won can be found in the 'News' section.

The Bay of Art

The Bay of Art is a meeting place, a space for creative exchange and integration of different environments, but most of all The Bay of Art is a space where contemporary art is displayed.

The Bay of Art is located between the Bałtyk and Concordia Design buildings where numerous open events, exhibitions and shows take place. The inauguration of the Bay of Art took place in the form of a unique exhibition of sculptures by Sylwester Ambroziak, called 'Mama I'm coming home'. The Bay of Art is a perfect place for  open-air cinema and photo exhibitions. So far, dozens of open events organised for the citizens of Poznań have been held here: concerts of young local musicians, cinema screenings as a part of the ART.Of Life series, swing dance nights and club events with the best local djs.
